We have a three user QuickBooks Desktop Pro system. Of the three licenses, one will go on the server via the appropriate Custom and Network installation.
We installed the company files and the full QB system on the server so we could use that "license" to perform needed direct maintenance and diagnostic work on the QB system. The other two machines on our small network that use QB are workstations. In this case installing QB Desktop Pro on a workstation , is it okay to use the Express installation on these two machines, assuming that we disable the multi-user hosting function on the two workstations and have it running only on the server?
